Portland Timbers head coach Giovanni Savarese has confirmed attacking midfielder Eryk Williamson suffered a serious ACL injury to his knee during the rivalry match against the Seattle Sounders. Williamson was forced to exit the game on a stretcher at the 12 minute mark after collapsing in agony when attempting a pass.
